1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy explains what data the MosVPN service processes (the website https://mosvpn.com, the client area at client.mosvpn.com and the MosVPN apps), why it is used and how it is protected.
Service owner: Công Ty TNHH Giải Pháp Mạng MOSVPN (MOSVPN Network Solutions Co., Ltd., Vietnam), tax ID 0110817570 (“we”, “the Administration”).
By using the service you confirm that you have read and accept this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the service.
2. Data we process
Account data: email address, sign-in credentials, registration date and plan expiry date.
Payment data: transaction ID, the selected plan and the amount. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s side and are not passed to us.
Website technical data: IP address, browser and device type and operating system, to the extent a browser normally sends them when a page is opened.
Service technical data: the number of simultaneously active connections (to apply the device limit of your plan) and total traffic for the current period if your plan counts it.
Support requests: the messages and details you choose to send us.
We do not ask for passport data, documents or photos.
3. Data we do not keep
To track user activity, the service does not keep:
- browsing history or the addresses of visited resources;
- the content of transmitted traffic;
- your original IP address while connected;
- destination IP addresses;
- the time and duration of individual sessions;
- traffic volume per session;
- DNS queries.
4. How we use data
Data is used only to:
- create, sign in to and manage your account;
- accept payments and renew your plan;
- send account notices such as plan expiry and security alerts;
- answer support requests;
- analyse and improve the service using aggregated data.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where it is:
- needed to deliver the service to you, for example payment providers to process a payment and hosting providers to run the service;
- required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority;
- done with your consent.
Such third parties may use the data only for these purposes.
6. Cookies and website analytics
The website stores your chosen colour theme and language in the browser. An advertising pixel is installed to measure ad performance and may receive technical data about page visits. You can limit cookies and similar technologies in your browser settings.
7. Storage and protection
Data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes above, or for the period required by law, accounting rules or to resolve disputes.
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures against loss, alteration and unauthorised access, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data sent over the internet.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or request account deletion by writing to admin@mosvpn.com. We will confirm which data can be deleted and how long it will take. Some payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
9. Disclaimer
You understand that sending data over the internet carries risk. We are not responsible for loss or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by you, including sharing your password or sign-in code with others.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The new version is published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
